So M keeps asking me if I'm knitting something for her. And usually I say "no". Poor kid. But she was tickled pink on Sunday when she asked what I was knitting and I told her it was a hat for her. With a flower on it! I used the pattern, Lola from Rowan Babies and used Rowan all season cotton yarn. I liked the yarn, it's super soft...but it's like the same cotton I use to knit washcloths, and that's strange to use for a hat (at least for me). It turned out so cute though and M looks so adorable in it!!

She does look adorable! I still have only made my ONE fingerless mitten (can you call it a mitten if it is fingerless?). I just found my knitting stuff yesterday. Any ideas on what to make next?
oh I have LOTS of ideas! you should see my list of summer knitting...
She's darling!! And so's the hat. Is Rowan Babies a book?
So cute! I want one! If only I could bring myself to wear a hat. That was pretty fast wasn't it? How long did it take you to make that?
I knitted this up in just a couple of days...it's easy to knit small hats quickly. And I wish I could wear hats too! sac.
That hat is SO cute! What a beautiful model too. I so wish I could wear hats.
That hat is so cute! I can't believe you knitted it! You are really amazing!
