Is this really newborn size??

I knitted up this hat for the baby last week, and when I tried to take pictures of it, my camera was being funny and wouldn't take a good shot.  I love this cozy little hat!  Probably by the time it's warm enough for the baby to wear it, it won't fit...but at least it gave me something to do last Wednesday night while I was husbandless...

This is a shot of the top of the hate...isn't it soo cute!  I love how it looks.  Too bad I don't have a small baby to try this on and see if it fits...
