more ornaments

Here are some of the other ornaments I've knitted up for our little tree.  My husband was worried that we were going to have "all things knitted" on our tree and nothing else, but really I didn't knit that many (it was really all the sweaters he was worried about...he thought they were all for our tree!)  I think these are great additions for our tree.  Most of the ornaments on the tree and from my childhood...and not things we've collected as a family.
This sock pattern was such a quick knit and used up some ends of sock yarn I had in my stash.  This yarn is from my very first pair of socks I made for myself.

These mittens were a quick knit too and turned out super cute.  I used some self striping yarn with this pair...and the were a cute non-matchy pair.

These are by far my favorite pair of mittens!  Again, I used Noro Kureyon and I loved watching the colors change.  I want to knit another pair with this yarn.

Here's a sock using the Noro yarn also.

This was leftover yarn from the hat and booties I knitted up for my baby.  Now every year I can remember his first christmas and how little he is.
