christmas question...

Okay, for all my loyal readers (all three of you)...I have a question.  Every year I knit Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews.  Usually I already know what I want to make for them, but this year I'm drawing a blank.  This is the time of the year when I start planning my christmas knitting (so that I'm not going crazy in November and December!).  If I was knitting for your kids, what would you want me to make??  Please leave me some comments with ideas...

that was what I was going to suggest (leg warmers). However, doesn't work for the boys!

I know it sounds boring....but I LOVE cute knitted hats....especially ones for girls with a dainty knitted flower attached. You have cute style, so it will all turn out cute.

Knitted play food is fun...

Quiet book figures or finger puppets for church...

Knitted swords reinforced with something stiff so they don't damage walls

I will second Kristen and say play food is usually a hit with boys and girls

Anything for the dollhouse...my girls total obsession

dress up costumes...

enough? yeah

We live over 3 hours north of your friends. We're near Harrogate in North Yorkshire. I think most people in language go to Cheltenham. It would've been fun to meet them though. As far as Christmas, I love anything homemade. Even if I've gotten it before, different colors. The leg warmers and food were cute ideas too. Even for boys I've seen cute black ones with skull and crossbones, but that's probably more for young boys. You're so creative and talented though I've loved everything you do.
