projects-- some finished, some in the works...

I've been working on a lot of things lately. In fact I think I'm suffering from "start-itis". I just keep starting new projects before I completely finish others... Here's a few of the things I'm working on.

This is going to be the back of a receiving blanket for the baby.... I'm making one with cotton fabrics instead of flannel...poor summer baby doesn't need to be wrapped up in flannel.

These are the fabrics for his baby quilt. I've actually already pieced the top together, and it looks awesome! It's all about rockets and rocket science. I added a few other prints too. I should take a picture of the quilt top.... or maybe I should just finish it! All that's holding me back is buying the batting and then taking it to a friend to be quilted.

Here's some teenie little socks for the boy. I'm really really really really loving blue and grey for this boy. Especially grey. love it.

And his hat for the hospital. so cute.

Here's part of a quilt top for one of my girls. When I saw this Olivia the Pig fabric a couple of years ago, I knew it was destined to be my next baby girl's baby quilt. And then I'm not having any more girls anytime soon....so I figured I'd better just make a twin quilt out of it for Miss Mia. It's totally cute! Again, all that's holding this back from being finished is buying the backing fabric and batting. I should get on that...
