Fall is almost here...time to bust out some serious knitting!

Here it is the beginning of September and it's already feeling like fall is here! I love the cooler days and having my windows open all day long. The only bad part of this change in the weather is that I'd rather just sit in my chair by the window and knit all day long! This doesn't go over well with the kids (or the husband). But I do have a good list of things that I'm planning on knitting. I've figured out my christmas knitting list...thanks to the people who made suggestions! Here's a few of the things on my knitting to-do list.

1. Momma & Baby Monsters The two monsters that I've already made are for gifts. One is a baby gift for a friend of mine (awesome, huh) and the other is for my nephew for Christmas (i'm the best aunt in the world!) I'm going to knit up monsters for each of my kids. I'm using red/pink for one, purple/light green for the second, and yellow/dark blue for the third. They knit up really fast. I want to make them in different sizes for the kids to play with!

2. Peel-able fruit! These are just too too cute!

3. leg warmers -- I just bought this cute dress for my youngest daughter...and I have some fantastic purple striped yarn that I going to use for some leg warmers for her! I have plans to knit up a few pairs for christmas gifts too.

4. This shawl for my mom

5. Probably after my christmas knitting is done I'll make this wrap for me. I've had yarn for it for awhile now...

6. A few more baby gifts...I have a few more baby things I want to knit up for friends, but I haven't quite decided on what I'll be knitting yet. Maybe this??

7. Oh, and probably another monkey!

This should keep me pretty busy for a while...don't you think?
