a whale of a tail

I know what you're thinking...  "That's seriously one cute hat!"  Thanks!  I think so too.  This was my project I took on our family vacation to Disney World.  Jack is getting too big for some of his other hats that I've made him...and since it's STILL freezing outside, I figured I'd better knit up another hat for him.

Although I have to say I knitting this while in Florida seemed silly.  It was so hot outside and this wee one got a little sunburned...and I was knitting him a wool hat?! But then we got home and it's so dang cold.  Good thing he has this to keep his little head warm.

My hubby thinks I'm silly...but what's new.

Pattern:  Half Fish Beanie
Yarn: Ella Rae Classic in green, lime green, and orange
